2 Year Old, Chef Izabella, Makes Homemade Tortillas. We use a mixture of all-purpose-flour and maseca. We add some Mexican oregano. Once we knead the dough and roll the dough into individual dough balls, we add colored food gel. We flatten each dough ball in the tortilla press and grill it on the comal. Each tortilla is a piece of artwork.

2 Year Old, Chef Izzy, and her mom, prepare delicious trail mix biscotti (aka: twice baked cookies). Izzy loves to eat biscotti, but she also loves to help make them. She will often ask her mama, "mama, when are we going to make biscotti again". Izzy has measured and prepared all of the dry ingredients already. In this video, Izzy helps her mom sift the dry ingredients through a strainer. Sifting dry ingredients together can help remove any lumps for a smoother batter.

2 Year Old, Chef Izzy, and her mom, prepare fresh pesto for you, using multiple fresh & organic herbs (basil, tarragon, spearmint), fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon zest, freshly grated black pepper and kosher salt. They show you how easy it is to make fresh pesto. One can use it on grilled sirloin burgers, as a dip for veggies or as a sauce for pasta.

2 Year Old, Chef Izzy, helps prepare sweet corn, for our upcoming barbecue. She places each piece of corn in some foil. She dabs a couple pieces of unsalted butter on each. She takes a pinch of kosher salt and a pinch of dried herbs and sprinkles it over each corn on the cob. Then she wraps the foil around each piece of corn and sets it aside. She then practices her counting, as she counts the corn.
2 Year Old, Chef Izzy, implements quality control of the corn, for our upcoming barbecue. She tests the quality of the sweet corn, while we are prepping it. She determines that raw corn on the cob is delicious and nutritious! It actually has more vitamins when it's raw than when it's cooked!
2 Year Old, Chef Izzy, shows you how easy it is to make biscuits. She uses fresh, organic mangoes and fresh, organic nectarines. She also incorporates almond meal into her flour mixture for some added protein. She meticulously spoons her batter into ramekins prior to baking.
